This seminar will look at three basic questions for developing a workable plan for our projects: Where are we now? Where do we want to go from here? How will we get there?
We will discuss the importance of a vision and mission statement, which give the foundation for a strategic plan, as well as a variety of tools and resources that can be used to identify the plan and determine the action steps necessary to fulfil the plan.
